About Reflexology by Rene
Reflexology by Rene is a reflexology practise located in Stratford and Forest Gate.
My aim is to help clients relax, restore, rebalance and heal.

I have always been drawn to reflexology and how it can support us both physically and emotionally. The euphoria I felt after receiving my first treatment is something I will never forget and I soon knew this was going to be an integral part of my life.
I have a keen interest in how reflexology can support women's health and mental health and with each client I treat I am in awe of the power of the treatment and the people I meet through it. Reflexology has supported me through stress, anxiety, loss and fertility issues and as a working mother of two, with a background in television production and the charity sector I understand the pressures of an intense working environment and the mental load juggle.
A graduate under the renowned Louise Keets at the London School of Reflexology and Ziggie Bergman (Zone Face Lift, Indian Head Massage) I'm also a proud member of the Association of Reflexology.
For every client I see a bespoke treatment is created. Whether it’s to ground, heal, rebalance, relax or revitalise, we will create the space, time and treatment to achieve a state of deep relaxation enabling your body and mind to work at its best.
